John’s contributions include door knocking, petition circulation, and technology support. Lisha Rowe, a true conservative: Pro-Life, Pro-2nd Amendment, Pro-school choice and parental rights, elimination of CRT and property taxes, and uphold The Constitution. Born and raised in Berks County and a graduate of Governor Mifflin, Lisha went on to earn an A.A.S. in Medical Technology and a B.S. in Biology/Ecology from UNC-Charlotte. She began her career as a Laboratory Technologist in Hematology and then transitioned into industry as a Chemical Research & Development Technician. Later, she began a 20 year professional career as an Environmental Education Specialist for State and National Parks and local organizations. Currently, Lisha serves on the Cumru Township Board of Commissioners and is the appointed liaison to the Cumru Township Fire Department. She is a committeewoman of the Berks County Republican Committee and was appointed to the Executive Committee. She is a member of the Berks County Patriots, and she is the Berks County Coordinator for both Doug Mastriano, Governor candidate and Teddy Daniels, Lieutenant Governor candidate. Donna Merritt

Donna Merritt loves America, and she loves Berks County where she and her husband, of the Merritt’s Antiques family, are happily raising their daughter. While Donna no longer operates her cleaning service, she is still very busy raising her daughter, working in her garden and hiking in the woods, and engaging in her passion for Conservative politics. Donna joined the Berks County Republican Committee in 2012 and is currently the Committee Publicity Chair, a position she has held for 4 years during which she managed to increase the committee’s social media presence 20 fold. Donna also serves as the East Region Chairwoman. Most recently, Donna ran for Trump delegate and alternate delegate, coming in 4th out of a large pool of candidates and securing the first alternate seat. She is currently an elected Majority inspector at her voting precinct and is an appointed member of the Berks County State Committee. In this position, she had the pleasure of vetting over 30 candidates at the Caucus meeting. Donna greatly enjoys the excitement during a Campaign Season - the strategy planning, meeting new people, placing signs around the county, and knocking on doors is exhilarating to her. Donna is known to host fundraising parties, holiday parties, meet and greets, and simply opening her home for area Christmas House tours so local organizations can raise money for their communities. John Fielding has practiced law in Berks County since 1993 and has been a resident of Mount Penn since 1995. John has four degrees: a B.A. in Religious Education from Washington Bible College; a M. Div. From Reformed Episcopal Seminary; a M.A. from Temple University in Linguistics, and a law degree from Temple University. John has been active in the Republican Party since 1968 and a committeeman in Berks County since 1996. He has served in all offices of the Berks County Republican Party except for Treasurer and Vice Chair. He has also served on the Antietam School Board where he was known for his conservative anti-tax views, and he recently served on the Mount Penn Borough Council. John has been a board member of Mercy Community Crisis Pregnancy Center since 1999 and is Post Commander of Post 934 of the American Legion. He also serves as Judge Advocate for the 14th District and the Eastern Section of the Department of Pennsylvania of the American Legion. John would appreciate your vote on May 17th.

Dean Klopp, Christian, husband of April for 29 years, father of two sons, and successful business owner of Proac Corp for 24 years. Dean is a volunteer and serves on several board of directors including PA Liberty Alliance and Christian Missionary Tech Services. He has coached several sports for 12 years, and he is a Republican, and a local and state committeeman. Dean loves Jesus, his family, his country, Donald Trump, liberty, and freedom. He has studied our Founding Fathers and The Constitution and gravitates, ideologically, towards Thomas Jefferson, Andrew Jackson, and Ron Paul. Dean wants to change “politics as usual” in Pennsylvania, so he regularly engages with the GOP and co-founded the 501(c)4 PA Liberty Alliance (PLA). Last year, the PLA started a Political Action Committee to legally electioneer and target legislators who will not comply with the will of the people. PLA has partnered with grassroots organizations to elect conservatives, pass good legislation, block anti-liberty legislation, and promote activist trainings statewide. Linda Brancadora, wife, mother, and grandmother, has served two terms as a PA State GOP Committeewoman and is running to serve another term. She is devoted to serving and has done so as the Membership Chair of the Berks County Patriots for 11 years. Additionally, she serves on the Executive Committee of the Berks County Republican Party and as a Committeewoman in the Bern 1 District. Linda has been a Judge of Elections in several different districts, serving wherever shew was needed. She has worked at the polls for many different candidates. Linda is a conservative, a Patriot that supports women competing against women, the 2nd Amendment, free speech, and bringing God back into the classrooms. She is Pro-Life! She is against CRT and is for school choice. As a lifelong Christian, Conservative Republican and resident of Berks County, having grown up in the Oley Valley and now residing in Sinking Springs, Dwight Wegman is running for Pennsylvania State GOP Committee. Dwight knows America is in crisis and is at a crossroads with a need to re-establish the principles in The Constitution and The Declaration of Independence. He believes reform is needed in Harrisburg, and as a committeeman he will work to promote candidates that support policies that represent We The People and fight the destructive Left with self=serving special interests. Dwight enjoyed a 35 year career as a metallurgical engineer and retired just a few years ago. He has been active in the GOP for many years, campaigning for candidates in every election. He has served as a Lower Heidelberg Committeeman since 2018 and is very active with Responsible Parents for Wilson School Board PAC, which ran three write-in candidates in the 2021 general election. They championed the anti-CRT, pro fiscal responsibility, pro parental rights, and pro board transparency platform in the Wilson School District and secured an unprecedented 11,000 votes. Annette Baker, author, frequent radio guest commentator, and microblogger, has lived in Berks County for over 30 years. She has three sons and one daughter-in-law, and she resides in Brecknock Township with her husband, Steve. Currently, Annette is a full-time graduate student at Liberty University studying Public Policy. Previously, she earned her B.A. in Environmental Science/Ecology from SUNY-Plattsburgh. Annette, a Berks County Republican Committee member for over 5 years, has served as South Region Chair for two years. She currently represents Brecknock Precinct 1 and is presently the Bylaws Committee Chair. Additionally, she is a current member of the Berks County Pennsylvania State Committee Delegation and is a member of the Legislative Committee. As a candidate for the PA State Senate in 2020 and for the local school board inn 2021, she has been a strong voice for improving election integrity and parental rights in education. Kelly Lee Held’s roots are in the Poconos but her heart is in Berks County having lived here since 1972. She is the wife of Doug for 35 years, mother to two married daughters and Nana to 4 grandchildren. She is a Constitutional Conservative, a Christian, and a prayer warrior, believing the power of prayer is our best weapon against all evil. Kelly is a graduate of Governor Mifflin High School, RACC where she earned an A.S. in Early Childhood Education, and Kutztown University where she earned a B.S. in Education and later a M.S. in Reading with a Reading Specialist certification. In her 20+ year career in the public schools, Kelly taught every grade from K-8, with her favorite grade being 5th. Kelly wasn’t always interested in politics, but when the “Plandemic” happened and the 2020 election was stolen, she could no longer stand by and let someone else make a difference. As a candidate for the Pennsylvania State GOP Committee, she is stepping up to the plate to do her part in getting strong conservative people elected and holding them accountable for the promises made to We The People. Currently, Kelly is Vice Chair of the Berks County Patriots and serves on their Legislative Committee and Bylaws Committee. She is a committee member of the Berks County Republican Party and will be on the ballot on May 17th for Robeson Township Precinct 1, running unopposed, to serve as committeewoman. Originally hailing from North Philadelphia, Shawn Gamble attended Albright for his undergraduate degree where he discovered his passion for Republican politics following the 2016 Presidential election. After graduating, he realized his love and passion for Berks County and stayed. During his time at Albright, Shawn was the chairman of the Albright College Republicans and is currently the Chairman of the Berks County Young Republicans. Having attended charter school his entire life and seeing how abortion impacts his community the most, he is an avid school choice and pro-life advocate. Shawn has been involved in many campaigns over the last 6 years and even worked on President Trump’s 2020 re-election campaign! Being invited to the White House numerous times throughout the Trump Administration and attending dinner at Mar-a-lago, Shawn knows how important it is that we Republicans elect America First candidates only, which is why he is hoping that you vote for him for state committee on May 17th.
